Your exhibitors want photos, but you've got an event to put on and volunteers to manage. Make it simple for yourself and hire a photographer that you don't need to micromanage. My goal is to make the photography the easiest and most stress-free part of putting on the whole thing.

I like to keep it simple. On the day of, I'll show up with my equipment, a stack of flyers or business cards so people can find their photos later, and an attentive eye. I'll stay out of the way of your volunteers and make myself as unobtrusive as possible so your exhibitors and their dogs hardly notice I'm there.

Afterwards, I handle all the heavy lifting. I will sort, cull, lightly edit, and upload the photos to an organized online gallery where your exhibitors can easily find and purchase their favorites. I offer web-sized and high-res, singles and packages, digitals and prints. Your exhibitors will have great memories whether their dog Q'ed or not.
